Having issues with your SMS not delivering with its preferred sender ID but with INFODESK/INFINITI? Please be informed that this is due to MTN's policy that has been formulated as a counter measure for fraudulent messages so as to ensure a successful delivery to numbers especially those active under the DND policy.
NOTE: ONLY MTN DND ACTIVE NUMBERS are affected by this as other networks and yet to be registered DND numbers will receive the SMS with the preferred sender ID.
